Chef Miguel gave a very detailed and thoughtful introduction to the menu, which made choosing dishes much easier. The staff were all polite, warm, and welcoming, and you can truly feel their passion for Kobe beef. Most importantly, the steak was incredibly tender and absolutely delicious. It was a wonderful dining experience and I highly recommend this restaurant.
